To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, please carefully review and adhere to the following policies at our park.
Campground Rules:
Registration: All campers must complete online registration before parking their RV or setting up camp.Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in and check-out times are Noon. We offer flexibility—please contact us if you need an early arrival or late departure.Quiet Hours: Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.Fires: Fires must be contained in designated fire rings or grills and must be attended at all times.Driving: Drive responsibly on campground roads. Drivers must be at least 16 years old. Vehicles should not carry more passengers than there are seats.Pets: Pets must be leashed, under control, and cleaned up after. If a pet becomes a nuisance, you may be asked to remove it from the property.Respect: Be considerate of others. Avoid excessive noise and loud music.Campsite Cleanliness: Keep your campsite clean. Dispose of trash in designated receptacles and dumpsters before departing. Violations may result in fines. Please also pick up cigarette butts.Vehicle Policy: Only 1 vehicle per campsite, which must be parked on the gravel in the assigned spot. All other vehicles should use the designated visitor parking area.Fireworks: Unauthorized fireworks are prohibited.Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave at our discretion.Enjoy and Respect: Make memories, enjoy your stay, and respect our land. Trail Rules:
Registration: All UTVs must register, sign a waiver, and display a Trail Pass while on our property.Hours: UTV trails are open from 8:00 AM to dusk.Trail Use: Trails are for leisure riding only—no reckless driving. There are no racetracks or mud pits here.Livestock and Wildlife: This is a working farm—do not chase livestock or wildlife.Land Use: Avoid unnecessary damage to land or public roads.Littering: No littering allowed.Hunting: No hunting of any kind is permitted.Expulsion: We reserve the right to expel individuals from the trails at any time for any reason.Ride Safely: Enjoy your time, respect the land, livestock, and wildlife, and ride safely. Pond Rules:
Swimming: Swimming is not allowed.Fishing: The pond is for fishing only and is catch-and-release.Littering: No littering around the pond.Disclaimer: Rusty Ridge Campground, ATVenture Valley, and its connected entities are not responsible for accidents or injuries.

I acknowledge that all activities and conduct relative to Off-Highway Vehicles, including Utility Terrain Vehicles (“UTV’s), are inherently dangerous activities with the potential for death, serious injury and property loss or damage. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, natural plant and animal life, facilities, temperature, weather, equipment, vehicles, traffic, remote location, actions of other people (including but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, club officers, guides and/or government agency officials), lack of nutrition, lack of hydration and failure to use UTV riding gear and apparel, including but not limited to, a helmet, eye protection, chest protector and boots. These risks are not only inherent to participants but are also present for volunteers and spectators. I assume all the risks of participating in and/or volunteering for such activities and events. I realize that liability may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, provided, or controlled by them or because of their possible liability without fault.In consideration of permitting me to participate in activities and events sponsored or in any way connected with ATVenture Valley LLC, I hereby act for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, representatives, next of kin, successors and assigns as follows:(A) Acknowledge that my participation in any activity related to ATVenture Valley LLC is purely voluntary and no one is forcing me to participate despite the risks.(B) Acknowledge that I am solely responsible for determining, among other things, what equipment, supplies, vehicle, andapparel I utilize while participating in any ATVenture Valley LLC related activity.(C) Acknowledge that my participation in any UTV activity connected with ATVenture Valley LLC does not relieve me fromobeying the laws of the land, including but not limited to, lands controlled by the Bureau of Land Management, IowaDepartment of Natural Resources, County Conservation Commission, Corp of Engineers, local sheriff’s departments, or publiclaw enforcement officers.(D) WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE FOREVER FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for my death, disability, personal injury,property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me, ATVenture Valley LLC, itsagents, employees, managers, officers, directors, instructors, volunteers, members, successors, and assigns (collectively“Releasees”).(E) WAIVE, RELEASE, DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS AND PROMISE TO INDEMNIFY AND NOT TO SUE the Releasees from anyand all rights, suits, actions, judgements, damages or costs, and claims, including claims arising from the Releasees ownnegligence (except for claims arising as a result of Releasees gross negligence or willful misconduct), that may result byreason of any and all damages which may be sustained by me, or by others as a result of my actions, directly or indirectly,in connection with or arising out of my participation in or association with ATVenture Valley LLC activity or event.(F) I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own insurance protection. __________ InitialsThis release and Waiver of Liability shall be constructed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
